I need a website, but I don’t know what to do
If you need a website, we can advise you on the different options available in the market and adapt the project to what you need. Ask us for a no-obligation meeting and a quote where we will explain all the necessary aspects.
What is hosting and a domain?
A domain is the unique and exclusive name given to a website on the Internet. You purchase the right to use a name (for example, mycompany.es) and it needs to be renewed annually, as they are paid services.
To be able to use it, you need hosting. Hosting is the place where your website is housed on the network, and offers different services so you can use your domain (email accounts, your own website…). Basically, you rent a space on a physical server where you can store all the files and data necessary for your website to work correctly.
In either case, they are paid services. We can offer you different types of hosting and domain with our plans.
I already have a website, but I want to change it. What do I need to do?

I don't have a logo, why is graphic design so important?
Graphic design is a visual communication tool. It conveys the concepts of the company or service. A potential client will trust an attractive, polished and current design more than an outdated one or one lacking it. Graphic design captures attention, offers a personalised and positive image. It also makes you stand out from your direct competition, even improving your status in the eyes of potential clients.
If you need a graphic design plan, whether to create the identity of your company or service, contact us and we will explain the different options that exist in a personalised way.
My website doesn't look good on my smartphone, how can I fix it?
An outdated or poorly built website will not have a design adapted to devices, especially our mobile phones or smartphones. We design 100% responsive websites, where you will be able to view your website on any type of smart device without any display issues.
If in your case you have a non-responsive website, ask us for a quote and we will advise you on the best alternatives for your online site.
Is web maintenance necessary?
Keeping your website updated, virus-free and active is key to maintaining good SEO positioning and good online visibility. Maintenance allows you to free yourself from worries, headaches and tutorials, and you will be able to update small things month by month to climb positions in the Google ranking.
If you also don’t have time to manage your website properly, we advise you to take on this plan and you will be able to focus on other things. Everything will always work correctly.
Is a website and a web application the same thing?
A website is a place on the internet that can be accessed through a browser (Chrome, Mozilla, Safari…) in which there is static information, as you can only read, contact or view.
A web application is a special website in which the content can be edited. They are not installed or run on the computer, but are accessed with a username and password and are not open to the general public. For example, your mail manager, the private area of a streaming service…
I want an app for the services I offer, what do I need to do to create one?
To create a mobile app a prior plan is needed with a meeting to find out its characteristics and whether or not it is viable to develop it. Often building a website is enough, but we can offer you programming alternatives for your mobile app project.
Why are the legal notice, privacy policy and cookie notice so important?
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on 25 May 2018. It is a European-level regulation on data protection and failure to comply with it results in a fine for the website owner.
In short, they are a series of rules that must be included on the website, such as:
- Legal notice
- Privacy policy
- Acceptance of policies in forms
- Cookie policy
- Cookie acceptance notice
- Management of information in emails
You can find more information here.
To obtain these legal texts, you must contact your manager to have them drawn up and we will implement them on the website.
These texts are mandatory and every website must have them. We are not responsible if the website lacks them.
I want to appear in the first position on Google, but I don't know how to do it
To have good SEO positioning and appear in the top positions on Google, an SEO positioning strategy is needed.
These strategies are carried out through SEO plans and are not automatic results. Normally, these web optimisation strategies usually take several months to show results. If a website is outdated, lacking in content or with copied content, everything will need to be redone in order to appear in the top positions after applying a monthly SEO positioning strategy.
I don't appear on Google, what should I do?
If you don’t appear on Google, there may be several factors. Sometimes it is because you have not registered on Google for your business to appear, or simply that your website is not being indexed (Google is not “reading” you). Contact us and we will advise you on what is best for you and finally, you will appear on Google!
Why is SEO positioning so important?
SEO positioning (Search Engine Optimization) focuses on organic search results, that is, Google results. It is responsible for improving the visibility of a website in the different search engines, especially Google. It serves to appear in the top positions or first page of Google once a search has been made.
I have my blog abandoned, is that a bad thing?
The blog is an essential element for positioning your website in the top spots on Google. As an element of SEO positioning strategy, it should not be forgotten. It keeps your website “alive” in the eyes of Google.
I don't have social media, are they truly necessary?
Social media allows online visibility, closeness with your potential customers and, in addition, is a great advertising tool for your company or service. Well-managed social media will allow your target audience to search for you, see what you do and even contact you to ask for something.
The person who manages the social media and advertising of your company or service is called a Community Manager, and we can offer you a person with different plans adapted to you so that you invest efficiently the time dedicated to social media and advertising.
Why is online visibility so important?
Online visibility is key to being seen on the internet. This way, users and potential customers know what you do as a company or service. The more online visibility (website, social media, apps, advertisements) the more users will find you.
It is not the same to create profiles, blogs and websites and then abandon them. Online visibility needs to be worked on almost daily for your target audience.
What are cookies and why is it necessary to put that annoying alert on my website?
Browser cookies are files created by the website that contain certain data that is sent from the sender to the receiver. They are traces left by a user on the internet (the pages they have visited, what they have seen, what they have bought…). As they are sensitive and invisible content, an acceptance and commitment notice regarding their proper use must be displayed.
The new Personal Data Protection law requires an alert for acceptance, reading and choice of the type of cookies on the website. It is mandatory to display an alert so that the site visitor is informed at all times.
